If I can save you one head ache when developing for the SerivceNow mobile agent... if I can save you one frustrating day... then this will all have been worth it.
When using Multi-scan for the ServiceNow Agent app (Paris+ edition), the input you get (serial numbers for us) MUST be treated as an array, otherwise you'll just get a null pointer error. It makes no sense. Why is it null if you don't treat it like an array? Its javascript how does it even know at this point? Regardless. Treat it like an array.
